Run your way into Sunfest 2012 and kick off Florida’s largest music festival weekend. Enjoy the scenic course along the West Palm Beach waterfront and end right where the party begins – the heart of Sunfest 2012!

What makes this race so special begins at the finish – Palm Beach County’s biggest post race party ever! This party will feature:
Admission into SunFest for all racers
Discount ticket options for all the racer’s fans
1 beer and water/soft drinks for each runner
More friends = more fun! The winning group (group who has the most registrants) will receive their own Happy Hour Team Party immediately post-race on the South Barge.
A changing area and misty style rinse area will be available. Showers will be available to all runners at Ultima Fitness ($1 towel charge).
Route:
One-way course: Begins at the intersection of Flagler Drive and Edmor; proceeds east to Flagler Drive, north on Flagler, under the middle bridge into the festival. Finish line at the intersection of Flagler Drive & Evernia Street
Fee: $45
Includes race, festival admission, “Dri-fit” style shirt (for the first 500 runners only), prizes, discount ticket options for family and friends. Registration is $55 after 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012.

Registration:
Available online only. On-line Registration ends at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 2. After that time registration will be accepted in person at the SunFest store, 525 Clematis Street for an additional $10 ($55 total)

Check-in:
Runners will be able to pick up their bib, timing chip, and shirt at (location TBD) beginning Thursday May 3 and continuing until 1 p.m. on race day.
Bag Check:
A bag check will be available for runners wishing to have items brought from the start line to the finish line.
Parking:
Parking is available beginning at 4:00 p.m. at St. Juliana School and at Phipps Park. Both lots are near the starting line. Shuttles will return from the festival to the parking lots every 30 minutes from 6:30 p.m. until festival closing.
Those who live or work downtown may take a shuttle to the race.
The shuttle pick-up location is on Fern Street, between Olive Avenue and Dixie Hwy. The shuttle will run from 3:30 p.m. to midnight.
