If you have been around me for longer than five minutes you would know that I deeply and passionately love food. I must state for the record, I have always been delighted by the food selection and vendors at SunFest. But feasting at the festival this year has surpassed all expectations.

The Eatery, just south of the Tire Kingdom stage, hosts 20 bright booths with delicious new cuisine.

Enjoy on waffle fried chicken serves with spiced honey, bacon cupcakes, grilled-cheese sandwiches (including one with spinach, artichoke, and mozzarella), fried pickles with Sriracha ranch, and a special Sunday-only brunch.

Vegan or gluten-free? There are new options available, like gluten-free flatbread pizza and a veggie bowl with avocado and chimichurri.

You’re going to work up an appetite while dancing in front of your favorite bands, and on the floating barges. Make sure you stay fed and fueled at the Eatery!
