SunFest Recognizes 2024 Volunteers Of The Year

Board President, Stephanie Glavin Deltondo, Awards 5 Long-Time Volunteers the President’s Pinnacle Award

Local residents were honored during a special Team SunFest volunteer award reception recently at Drive Shack in West Palm Beach. Five volunteers received the elite distinction of SunFest 2024 President’s Pinnacle Award for outstanding volunteer service during the 40th annual waterfront music festival. Nominations were submitted by the SunFest president, staff, and SunFest committee representatives, and were presented by Stephanie Glavin Deltondo, SunFest 2024 President.

“This prestigious award recognizes volunteers who have exhibited exceptional dedication to the event and who have contributed to its success in ways above and beyond what was expected of them,” said Glavin. “SunFest has over 1,600 volunteers that give their time and experience to help make the festival enjoyable for the community. This past SunFest, we had over 740 first-time volunteers and all of our volunteers worked a cumulative 18,841 hours. We couldn’t produce the festival without them.”
