Try typing “squadup” into your Email application’s search window and see if it locates the original email.
The sender of the tickets would have been SquadUp <[email protected]> with a PDF attachment called “ticket-000000000.pdf”.
You may also want to check all spam and junk folders. These types of attachments get filtered into those folders from time to time.
From your Web Browser:
Go to squadup.com and login with your username and password. Once logged in, it will take you directly to the ticket page where you can view current and past orders of your ticket(s). Click on the drop-down arrow on the left-hand side of the screen. From there, click on “Download Ticket.” You will need to open this file using Adobe Acrobat reader.
From the SquadUp App:
Click on “Login to Retrieve Tickets,” then login with your username and password or sign in with Facebook. Once logged in, your ticket(s) will be in the tickets tab of the menu bar at the bottom of your screen. Click on the event and you will see your QR Code appear!
