Welcome to the website or mobile application of SunFest of Palm Beach County, Inc. The following policies apply to all tickets purchased for SunFest or any other Event produced by SunFest. By purchasing through SunFest.com, SunFest ticket outlets, SunFest gates, SunFest Store, or any onsite Event purchase, you have acknowledged. Complete Ticket Solutions and SunFest Ticket Policies. SunFest reserves the right to make modifications to this policy at any point in time.
Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband that must be worn to enter the event and at all times.
3-day tickets will receive 1 wristband good for all 3 days.
Any ticket purchased from a source other than an authorized SunFest ticket outlet could be counterfeit. Tickets purchased from non-authorized third-party resellers could contain invalid bar codes. Holders of tickets with invalid bar codes will not be admitted. SunFest strongly recommends buying tickets directly through SunFest, SunFest authorized partners, or the SunFest box office to ensure ticket authenticity.
Payment / Fees
Tickets purchased via SunFest.com will appear as a charge on your credit card statement from Complete Ticket Solutions. All tickets purchased online, over the phone or in the SunFest store, will incur service charges. SunFest reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased.
Delivery
Delivery methods for online and phone purchases are print at home or mobile ticket download. When ordering tickets in the SunFest store, the customer will receive an e-ticket emailed to them at the time of purchase unless otherwise notified by SunFest Staff.
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations
All sales are final. No ticket guarantees viewing at any stage unless it is a Stand ticket. Please review your purchase carefully before ordering your tickets. SunFest is a rain or shine event. No refunds are given due to inclement weather. No refunds or exchanges will be given for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Verify the date, time, and ticket type is correct on your order before completing the purchase.
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the Promoter or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. Please check the event information online or contact us for exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event. If a refund is issued, then the Promoter will give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket.
Stand Tickets. If a music headliner cancels, you may be eligible for a full refund or exchange for a Stand Ticket purchase only. No refund will be issued for your admission ticket. If a credit card was used to make the purchase, only that credit card would receive the refund. SunFest or Complete Ticket Solutions will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
Performer Subject to Change
Performers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be issued if any performer or scheduled event is canceled, rescheduled, or if a set time is changed. SunFest will publish any changes regarding stage location or performance time via SunFest.com, the SunFest App, and an email to the ticket buyers email on file.
Ticket Type
All customers purchasing one day tickets will need to choose the date of attendance at the time of purchase. Your ticket will be valid for that date only and will not scan at gates other than the date listed on the ticket.

Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets
Unlawful re-sale of tickets or attempted re-sale, counterfeit, or copies of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. In addition, SunFest reserves the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone determined to be or has violated these policies. Because SunFest cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any non-authorized third-party resellers (such as brokers or individuals). It is recommended that you purchase tickets directly through SunFest, SunFest.com, and SunFest authorized partners or from the SunFest box office to ensure ticket authenticity.
Ticket Promotions
Tickets should not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes unless SunFest gives formal written authorization. If consent is obtained, any use of SunFest’s trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to SunFest’s consent.
Ticket Discounts/ Discount Codes
Discount Codes must be presented or applied at the time of purchase. Discount codes may not be applied to tickets already purchased. Discount codes have restrictions to use during a specific period. SunFest reserves the right to limit the number of tickets available for purchase with a discount code. Discount codes are not valid past the expiration period and may not be used at any gates.
SunFest outlets / ticket promotions may offer exclusive savings on various ticket types. If a ticket is purchased previously outside of these promotions the difference in price will not be refunded. All ticket promotions/ discounts offer savings for a specific period of time and are only valid in that time period.
Ticket Limits
When purchasing tickets on SunFest.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”). This ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. SunFest reserves the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice if you exceed the posted limits. Included are orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or other information.

Subject to Search
Bags may not exceed 12 x 12 x 6 and are subject to search. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without a refund or other compensation. Recording and Transmission
By purchasing a ticket to SunFest, a public event, you agree that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public and that you have no expectation of privacy regarding your activities or conduct at the event. You grant permission to SunFest to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmissions, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after the event) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
Ejection and Cancellation, No Redemption Value
SunFest reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with SunFest rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
Festival Entry Gates and Reentry to Event
All tickets will be scanned when entering the festival. Once your ticket is scanned, it is voided for additional scans on that day. Multi-day tickets will scan one time per day. Any ticket that is duplicated will be canceled. Your ticket does not allow for reentry. Reentry is limited. Procedures posted at public gates must be followed for reentry. Please note that The Cove and The Palm require the patron to follow established reentry procedures posted at gates.
Assumption of Risk
Ticket holder assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers occurring before, during, or after the event, including injury by any cause, or arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), however, caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against SunFest and each of their respective representatives, affiliates and personnel.
